Before an order ships
We review cancellation and address-change requests promptly. We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation once fulfillment has started. An order cannot be canceled after it has shipped.
Payments on canceled orders
When a paid order is successfully canceled, we reverse the payment or issue a refund to the original payment method. Approved refunds are processed within 5 days. Your payment provider or bank may take additional time to display the credit.
If the parcel has already shipped
Wait for delivery and request a return under our Returns & Refunds policy. Do not send a package to the business address or refuse a delivery as a substitute for obtaining return instructions.
