Warranty Policy

A 1-year limited warranty for our bowls.

Rovanta Supply LLC, the operator of Vella Supply, provides this limited warranty on bowls purchased from vellasupply.shop. Our supplier manufactures these bowls for our business. This warranty is separate from our 30-day returns policy.

Coverage

This warranty covers a material or manufacturing defect that causes a bowl to fail during normal personal use within 12 months of delivery.

Exclusions

• Accidental breakage, impact damage, misuse, neglect, or improper care.
• Alterations, unauthorized repairs, or use contrary to the product care instructions.
• Normal wear, marks from cutlery, and cosmetic changes unrelated to a material or manufacturing defect.
• Loss or damage resulting from commercial use.

Making a claim

Email contact@vellasupply.shop with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or video. Keep the item until we review the claim and send instructions. Do not ship it back before receiving authorization.

Resolution

For an approved claim, we provide a replacement or refund the purchase price. If we require the item to be returned, we pay the return shipping. An approved refund is sent to the original payment method within 5 days; your payment provider may need additional time to post it.

Your rights

This warranty is additional to any consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
